I think I've just about had it when it comes to going here. I'm a very easy-going customer and always say thank you, I respond when greeted, I'm just very cordial towards customer service. Every time I go here, I'm rarely ever greeted. Okay, not a big deal.nnBut more recently, I'll go in and order a few cookies or pick up an order. And the staff always look as if I'm burdening them with my presence. I'll get an unfriendly stare from whoever is ringing me up, and when I say thank you there is NEVER a response. I'm not the kind to expect a return of favors but if I'm thanking you, at least acknowledge my existance.nnI'm a regular customer and the goods at this store are relatively expensive. I don't come out here to have a good time, only to deal with workers who look like they don't like their job. That isn't my fault, I'm just a customer and I'd like to think a very kind one at that.nnIf the Buddy V's restaurant staff behaved like this, then I can see why that restaurant was shut down. It seems like a very silly thing to be upset about but if you can't manage basic customer service then you'll no longer be getting my business.nnIt doesn't help that half of the time the cookies, worth 3 dollars each, are stale and hard and clearly not made to be fresh. And then other times they won't have what you ordered last time. As if they ran out, when this place rarely has more than one other customer in it at a time.

Super cute shop! Trays were filled with delicious items, store was clean and staff was attentive.nPurchased the red velvet slice cake, strawberry slice, m&m cookies and cupcakes. Can't wait to get them home to try...

Me and my guests were not acknowledged when we walked into the store and we stood there a few minutes waiting for the two women in the store to acknowledge us...didn’t happen. I had to yell over the counter to get help. The people who worked there were standing right in front of us but refused to look at us and acknowledge us in the store.nnFinally after getting help and completing our purchase- the red velvet is dry and lacks flavor. It’s clear most attention was given to the frosting and it seems someone was afraid to make the cake because it’s almost good, but not good. The red velvet cake from HEB is wayyyyy better than this. Sorry to say. Two stars because at least the desserts looked delicious. Unfortunately, more attention was given to the look of the dessert rather than the flavor and overall quality.

I had ordered a birthday chocolate mousse cake a week in advance. But when I went to pick it up, they had not done the cake. That is unacceptable. I would have been fine if it was not for a special occasion. But my mom specifically asked for a cake as a birthday present. I did get a refund but not the cake.

Ehh. I just don't get the hype. H-E-B has way better desserts. Majority of the baked goods lack in flavor. It's like eating pure flour. Ouups
