Panera Bread

Late lunch with my daughter. We ordered 3 combos: Broccoli Cheese Soup in the bread bowl with the baguette side, a tuna salad sandwich with chips, & Mac & Cheese with cucumber & tomato salad for the side. My daughter really wanted the fruit cup side, but they were out.nnThe order came to $24 plus tax, and I added a 25% tip. Big mistake.nnThe server brought the soup and sandwich. I asked about the Mac & Cheese and he said he would bring it right out.nnAs he walked away, the next table engaged him in a 5 minute conversation (they had finished their meal) as our Mac & Cheese sat on the counter getting cold.nnI got up to go look for our drinks as he had not yet brought those, either. As we crossed paths, I said that we'd like the rest of our meal and our drinks. He handed me my tea cup and brought the third combo & my daughters strawberry smoothie.nnFood was consistently good, except the Mac & Cheese wasn't its usually steaming hot bowl of goodness we've come to expect.nnNext time, I won't give away the incentive To Insure Prompt Service before the opportunity to receive that prompt service passes.

Food and service was great. Our problem was with other customers not following the social distance rules. Sitting at tables that were clearly marked to not sit there. Employees just delivered food to them without saying anything.

Great service from every employee, especially the manager Tino. They went the extra mile to make our order come out quickly and were very friendly the entire time ud83dudc4d

Love the QQ happy family. I just love the combo and tastes and textures and this is a great afternoon pick me up.

Wish I could do 0 stars. I have loved eating here often until you get your order wrong and you complain and then you hear them say “we added one extra —— plus a cookie for the inconvenience but just so you know we won’t be able to do it again. This is the correct size of this dish”. I probably complained about my food in any restaurant 3 times (including this one) my ENTIRE LIFE. So no, ma’am! I don’t need to complain to get extra. I complained because the order was half of what I ordered and I was charged for full. Also I have enough money to double my order if that is what you think I am trying to do, to get free food.nNever ever you will get my business. Ever!
