Panera Bread

Unbelievably dirty. Nearly all chairs had greasy marks and crumbs, tables had cloudy dried film from being wiped with dirty rag and still crumbs remained. Rug was filthy. The kitchen, which can be seen from the front registers, and was a straight up disaster.nDoes not inspire confidence.nNot to mention the food was mediocre at best and overpriced. This Panera has gone down hill and Covid cant be to blame for staff/managements disregard to cleanliness and quality.nThis looks like the memory of what used to be good. You can do better. Including La Madeleines down the block .

Food was good...could have been hotter ( temp) staff was friendly , clean .. the patio needed some attention.

Made substitutions to my order without telling me or the door dash delivery woman. Could hav easily been handled differently.

Our new favorite for special occasions. Mid-range for price, but everything gets expensive for us with 4 kids with healthy appetites. Their cinnamon crunch bagel is worth breaking your New Years Resolution for!
