Refused service because I didn’t have a mask on. One person in the store. Every shield that could be in place divided me from the servers. The severs themselves were wearing masks. And still I was told I could not be served.nDissatisfied and disappointed. Sale lost. In the grand scheme of things, one customer ordering one ice cream cone may not matter to a worldwide company, and yet if I’m one, there are surely more. I couldn’t imagine it wouldn’t be costing the company lots of money refusing service to its patrons over an extremely exaggerated pandemic(if it can really be called that).nGet a backbone Baskin Robbins.
Went in with my mom, daughter and 2 g-kids, and I give props to the two employees that helped us out, it was chaotic and we were a little indecisive but they were great and kept a smile on their face. Left them a tip for their troubles
Really good ice cream just seems like a lot of toppings disappeared.

The cakes are really good, and the customer service is the best I've seen in years! Highly recommend for birthday cakes
