DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a speaker from them over 2 weeks ago and have not even received tracking info from them. They told me that I would have the speaker in 5-9 days and here we are 14 days later and I haven’t even received tracking info. SCAM!!!!!!!!! I had to call my bank to get my money back because if I left it up to them I would have been scammed. They never responded to my emails nor did they do anything to correct the issue.nnNEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Save your headache if you are planning to buy from themnnUnfortunately I had to give them 1 star to leave the review but they don’t even deserve a 1 star review

I had an issue with the product I received, it basically just wouldn't work in the area that we wanted it to. After some back and forth, Pro Acoustics allowed me to return the item if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee which I was more than happy to do. Thank you for turning my (at first) less than great experience around. The customer service team went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks again!
