Penske Company customer care - amazing.
The people running their home depot Penske pickup location - absolutely terrible.
- issues with taking card payments with their system.
-refusing to take a check (Help from our church) even though Penske customer care supervisor was telling them to take it.
-security deposit. charged even though Penske said there would not be one if credit cards were used.
-my husband was the one who picked up the truck and was not given all the extras we paid for, so I had to fo back up there to get our hand dolly and furniture pads.
-did not have enough furniture pads.
It was a mess!!
