Brigham Piano was awesome to work with! When contacting them I had an immediate response via text with Brigham who was able to give me a quote and later on schedule my piano move and tuning. Their movers were awesome and friendly and really took good care of my piano. We also were able to get the piano tuned with Brigham Piano and they did a great job! We were even able to schedule our next tuning in a year. I called around several places for quotes and ultimately chose Brigham because of their great customer service and their ease in scheduling. Brigham Piano is definitely going to be my piano place.

Professional, fast and very affordable! We kind of wish we could have tipped the two men who moved our piano because they did an excellent job! We appreciated that they strapped the piano down with blankets to protect it before bringing it out if the house and that they had all the right equipment, piano dolly, truck with power lift, etc. Ours was a 100 year old upright grand so it was also nice that they move these restored pianos all the time and have the knowledge base and experience to do it well.

Working with this company to get scheduled and to get my piano working in excellent fashion was very simple. I called, we scheduled an appointment. The technician (Jacob) was fantastic. He was very engaging and responsive to the questions I (and my 3 year old) had. He wasn't a bother and worked tirelessly. We are extremely pleased with the result and learned a few things about our piano we didn't know! I highly recommend Brigham Larson Pianos has the go to place for all of your piano needs. I had Brigham Larson Pianos move our baby grand piano, safe, and an Hutch from the late 1840s that had been passed down in the family from Newel K. Whitney. The workers were prompt, nice, and hard workers. They took exceptional care in moving the historic piece of furniture (hutch). I highly recommend them for moving important pianos, furniture, or safes.
