They delivered our new piano very professionally. They arrived at the scheduled time, not late at all and moved the piano in quickly and carefully. I assume they used the same care when they picked it up. The price was fair and the charges were clearly spelled out.
Fantastic! Bill was great to work with. I needed to make a last minute change and he was able to accommodate it. I’ve used Thresher several times and am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!
They wasted my time. Called on a Thursday, and followed up over the next four days with phone calls and voicemails to get a piano moved. They never followed up. Never answered. I went with Summit and they were great. Don’t let these people waste your time like they did mine.

I have been affiliated with Thresher Piano Mover‘s for about three years. Bill (the owner) is very dishonest.
When he says he’s “fully insured and bonded multiple times over” that’s a complete lie. He charges us his employees for the damages which is completely unfair because I never signed anything saying I will pay for damages.
Second of all when we scratch any of the pianos he just goes to Walmart and buys a sharpie and covers it he has done this multiple times when I have paired up with him to work!
Ethically I have chosen to part ways with Thresher Piano Mover‘s because of the poor standards within the company and more specifically the owner. I would strongly advise everyone to do the same.
I’ve used Thresher Piano Movers three times now. Their pricing is excellent, much more reasonable than other places I’ve called for pricing. They were able to get me scheduled for a move the day after I called. They’re very polite and courteous and moved our piano with great care. Definitely recommend!!
