Piano Gallery was recommended to us by our piano teacher since we were in the market for something new. She told us they'd be able to get us the best price around. We went there and got to test digital pianos in person and see and feel the differences between them. We were told we would be given the "friends and family" sale price, but when we got home we found the same setup online for $600 less. :( Had we gone with the online option we would have had to unbox and set up the piano ourselves though, and it was nice that Piano Gallery did that for us. It's also nice to buy from someone local in case of any warranty issues, and of course to be able to see the piano in person before you commit. Are those things worth an extra $600? I'm sure everyone would answer that question differently. If money is an issue, I would shop around. It was disappointing thinking we were getting a good deal and then finding out that we didn't after all.

We had a wonderful experience at Piano Gallery buying our new digital piano. Joe took his time and did not pressure us to make a hasty decision. He gave a thorough demo of a piano that we ended up purchasing. I would recommend Piano Gallery if you are in the market for either a digital or stringed piano.

We were so pleased with our experience at the piano gallery. Joe helped us and he was great! He was not only able to help us find everything we were looking for in a piano but also found one for us available at a price that was better than we were expecting, and more affordable for our family. They were easy to work with and very professional. We are so excited for our new piano!

The Piano Gallery in Orem was great to deal with from beginning to end! Working with Rich in sales was fast and easy. The delivery guys were polite and lugged the beautiful Yamaha upright up the long stairway to our home. They even arranged for the piano to be tuned for us after it had settled into the home environment. Thanks to all the professionals who helped make this a great event for our family. I highly recommend them to everyone.
