Enjoyed looking around at the many home enjoyment items offered. Came for pool supplies to open pool. Accomplish this with little customer service contact. No one offer help finding what I need. Found what i need and paid and left. I guess customer service has decreased because of the virus. Thinking I will shop online from now on for pool supplies. If you don't need something fast, recommend this type of service.nPrices are better online also.

We purchased a pool early spring of 2020. Due to high demand it was installed until August. We got to enjoy our pool for about 30 days before it got too cool to swim. Over the winter we kept the pool running and kept the water clean but noticed the water level dropping more than it should. We called Family Leisure and spoke to Jennifer in service and let her know of the problem, of course because the weather nothing could be done at the time. Jennifer stayed in contact with me about the issue for months and even gave me her personal number to send pictures and ask any questions. We ended up getting snow and there was about three inches of ice on the pool and the weight exposed a 3 inch rip at the bottom of the pool, not sure how it happened seeing how we haven’t been in it much at all. We lost all the water in 30 minutes as the ice forced the water out. I let Jennifer know of my concerns about getting it fix and she got me on schedule ASAP. One side had kinda caved in because the water could not hold it against the dirt the pool was buried against. So one week later they were out fixing it and only took them a few hours. Now we are up and running like nothing happen. I’m so impressed with the customer service from Jennifer and the crew that came out and fix it. I can’t say enough how we appreciate their urgency to get us taken care of. Means a lot to my wife and I, and our kids. Thank you so much Family Leisure and you have a great service tech in Jennifer and the crew installing.

I went in today looking to buy a swim spa. The place was clean and tidy and well stocked with all sorts of fun things for the family. It’s just a shame I wasn’t able to buy any of it. The sales people actively ignored me and my wife. I saw maybe 8 employees and not one offered any assistance. The place was not busy. The sales people were just not helping people. So, we left after about 10 minutes. Several of the employees were not wearing masks either.

I spent $10,000. on my outdoor furniture with them. It came with a 5 year guarantee o fading. They came here once to replace my 13’ umbrella cover after 2 years. The replacement lasted 1 year and was so rotten, it came apart at all the seams and all of the other umbrellas have faded terribly. This has gone on for months now.. I have made numerous calls to no avail. The excuses about not handling this have gotten ridiculous.nToday I asked for the manager, David and was outraged with his attitude. He claimed not to know what warranties they covered and was extremely rude.nI do suggest if you are looking for quality furniture and a reputable company that you shop elsewhere.nI will have my attorney take it from here.

My mother has spent over $25,000 in spas over the last 10 years and her pump went out in September 2020. They just now put in a new pump 4/8/2021. In the meantime her warranty went out during this process. They put in the pump and that's it. They should have done whatever they could to make sure this spa was working perfectly chemicals and all and nothing about extending her warranty. We got excuses after excuses during this process. Really pretty terrible. I would be careful buying from Leisure They are full of excuses and the owner never budged once to help in the situation. BBB here I come to make sure everyone is warned
