Aaron's

The customer service I received at Aaron's was fantastic. The sales rep went above and beyond - friendly, thoughtful, and NOT PUSHY. Other furniture stores go for the hard sell. At Aaron's I was allowed to shop at my own pace. I found exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you to the team at Aaron's for an awesome experience.

Because my delivery was supposed to be after 3:30 PM I called after five and was told that they were still on the morning delivery so still I have no bed to sleep in as of yet. Called at 7 Alex said they should be here in an hour to call him back after I called there was no answer and they were closed. Here it is 8:53 PM still no bed. So we had to sleep wherever since we didn’t have a bed. I’m upset frustrated and tired my head is pounding very bad ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

The staff was good

The worst customer experience EVER! Ordered online, same day received an call back. I was unable to answer the call therefore I contacted the store back about 20 minutes later. Spoke with a gentleman that stated all I would need to bring in is my ID. Drove 45 minutes to the store at a later date and was told I would need additional documentation in which was not explained over the phone. The desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional, by her behavior and attitude I decided to cancel my order. She stated I could not get a refund until other associate returned to the store. Will never do business with the store and the employees need a serious lesson in customer relations, ASAP!

Very respectful and kind, excellent customer service. They did everything they could to provide me with all of my appliance needs.
