Edit: Up until this day we have not received our complete bedroom set. The service we have received from Royal Furniture has been the worst. I can not iterate enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with this place. It has been 9 months and me and my husband are missing our dresser for the bedroom set. At this point, we want to return the pieces we received because their service has been a complete joke. Multiple emails have been sent and we still receive no reply.nnIf I can give 0 stars I would. I have placed an order back in September for an entire bedroom set. The set came 2 months after the order was placed and it was not even complete, we were still missing the dresser. We waited another month to receive a dresser and when it finally came, to our disappointment, it was in such bad condition. We tried calling back Denise Sesher who was responsible for our shipment, we never got a reply. I called every few days, left a voicemail, and 2 emails and still no reply to this day. I completely dislike the customer service at Royal Furniture in Memphis. I am not so sure what to do at this point and completely frustrated.

If I could give NO!!! Stars I would. I recently went in Southaven royal store. We were shopping for couch and recliner. We found a set we liked and bought and paid in full for it that day. It is supposed to be delivered this coming Wednesday. The salesman called my dad Saturday and said he sold the set for the wrong price. He said we would not get the furniture and he would have do a refund. This is crazy!!! I already paid for furniture and now they tell me that I can not have it for this price!!!!!!!

Great quality furniture for a great price!nVery friendly staff! I purchased a bedroom set, mattress and a dining room table set. The service providrd each time was very professional and outstanding. I will definitely do business with them again.
