Mr. Charles Has TERRIBLE Customer Service. Don’t Get Me Wrong, He Was Cool... IN THE BEGINNING!! Towards The End Of The Sale, He Missed Out On His Money Trying To Talk Like He Knew Me. All I Wanted Was A Bed For My Daughter, Once We Got To The References Thats When Everything Went LEFT... He Was Talking Like I Was Trying To Steal The Bed Or Something... “You Trying To Run Off On The Plug” Like Dude Are You Serious? Cash Was About To Get Handed To Him & I Signed My Paperwork... Just Because I’m Young Doesn’t Mean You’re About To Stereotype Me, I Wouldn’t Recommend If He’s The Salesman For Young Adults

As a follow up, she even sent me a beautiful card later! She went above and beyond to make this one of the best purchases as well as the best furniture experience I’ve ever had!
