He was very knowledgeable of the concept and style of furniture I was hoping to find. With his recommendations and patience, I was able to lock in a purchase and secure a quick turnaround on delivery. Elliott’s customer service and personality were definitely a win. Elliot S. has been my salesman for over 10 years now and he always takes care of business! From credit application to delivery Re-scheduling - even joining me in testing out the comfortability of my new living room set! He made sure I got the best for my money!

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered $4,000 worth of furniture with a expected deliver date of April 2nd. That date gets here and the delivery driver tells me that one of my dressers was damaged while in route, one of my dressers he didn’t accept because the company tried to give me a floor model instead of a new one AND my entire dining room set was on back order. Didn’t find any of this out until they were at my new home ready to deliver. I call my salesman, Jason, at the Cordova store. He dodged my calls the entire day. I left a message and he never returned my call. I went up there the following Monday and spoke with the manager, Steve . He assured me he would fix the mistake and get my furniture delivered the following Saturday. Saturday is here and the manager wrote the work order up to replace both of my dressers and dining set. Well, he wrote the incorrect number on the order form for one of my dressers and ordered a mirror instead. The deliver guy shows up to deliver everything but my mirror was out of stock. The mirror I never ordered. So, I’m still waiting in a new place with missing furniture. Just a word of advice, ask the salesman BEFORE you select furniture IF THE HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK. I have heard from several other people that they will sell the items to you knowing they’re on back order. The only thing these guys care about is the commission from the sale. Please ask all questions upfront before handing over any money.

They kept me up to date about the status of my furniture order as well as when it was going to be delivered. Elliot provided amazing service and Royal should be happy to have him. He made a difficult situation go smooth.
