TERRIBLE experience!!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE! Never said when our furniture will be delivered, until we asked them. We kept reaching out to them for updates. It should be the other way around. They had no problem cashing in our check, but took their sweet time in ordering and delivering. Not all of the furniture we got arrived and lots of miscommunication on their end. Finally we decided to return everything except a bed. That was also an ordeal as it took about three weeks or so to be able to receive a refund. Depp, the “designer”, seemed pretty convincing at first, but we realized soon he was unprofessional. He picked pieces out that looked like it was thrown together. All he wanted was a quick sale. The owner was convincing us to keep what we got, but it was a train wreck. Spend your money elsewhere, but NOT here!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Howse in Memphis. I especially want to thank Depp. He was professional and the service was exceptional.

I love this store they have everything I need for my home.
