Good selection of furniture. We were noticed immediately upon walking in however, not badgered and the sales person was really helpful. We haven't made a purchase yet but so far seems great. The negative is the delivery fee is $169 which will factor in when deciding where to purchase.

I must admit that I had some doubts about shopping at Ashley, but I went to the Ashley location on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, TN and met Bailey aka Superwoman! She helped me out tremendously!! She made shopping for furniture for my new place seamless and stress free! She had a wealth of decorating knowledge and knew what style I was going for. She kept me informed every step of the way with my order and made me feel like I was her only client, but she had several.nnHer natural friendliness and willingness to help me made my very happy!nnIf you're ever at Ashley's on Germantown Parkway, please ask for Bailey. You will NOT be disappointed!

Purchased a beautiful cognac leather sectional. I'm extremely picky but the sales associate was exceptional. I felt right at home and welcomed by Ms. Bailey at the Cordova, TN location. No hidden fees at all. She was upfront and trustworthy. I'm pleased with the service, my furniture choice and the store environment. Can't wait for my latest home edition to arrive from the best furniture store ever. No, this is not a paid review.
