Purchased hybrid mattress Haugsvar and bed frame four days ago. Bed frame is fine, reasonably priced, easy to assemble. The mattress is astonishing. It came rolled up so easy to transport with two people. Rolled it out on Saturday.Gave it 72 hours to expand as recommended. Seemed very firm on Saturday but after the layer of foam expanded it slept like a cloud. No back pain for the first time in years. Amazing product. Skeptical no more.

I have ordered a bed from them on 3/20/21. Got it on the 4/03/21 and it was only the drawers. Fast forward to today 04/06/21 get the whole bed and now I’m missing the support beam. Me and my wife have been without a bed for 4 days and counting. And I’m still on hold haven’t spoke with anyone who can resolve the matter.

There needs to be a local phone number for store; not just the 888 national number! The 888 number is not accepting calls and refers you 100% to the website which is useless for getting answers on order status.nIt’s been almost a month since we ordered and have had no further communication about the availability of the product or where it is currently, etc. There has been no tracking number given to us so I assume the order has not been processed as the first day email shows on the timeline.nThe ONLY option when trying to email them is “order cancellation” so clearly they do not want to engage with customers at all! Very poor customer service!! I think the worst I’ve seen!nThey are big enough if a company to have systems in place to treat customers better than this!nI don’t think we will shop at IKEA again.

This is the biggest store I've ever been in. They have everything from furniture to house goods to food. Everything is spotless and well stocked. Furniture displays are beautiful and give you a good idea of how things look together. Highly recommend.

I purchased 2 cabinets totaling $500.00+ after taxes and was advised by Kenya S. that I will have a guaranteed shipment of the remaining parts (an additional $30+ because I had to pay for the shipping for these parts). Purchase was made on 2/23/2021. As of today, I still have not received a confirmation that the order has been received to be pulled and prepped to be shipped out. The cabinets I purchased are very heavy and it’s difficult for me to move the boxes due to the weight. When I called the customer service line to engage assistance with tracking my package, the agent placed me on hold only to transfer me to someone else who knew nothing of my situation that was also not helpful. When I requested a resolution to this situation, the second agent then stated the warehouse was closed for 2 days and no one would have sent me an email to notify me that my shipment was delayed because they would not have time to do so being backed up on orders. Now a guaranteed shipment that I paid for at the store and was told the shipment has a guaranteed arrival of 2/26/2021 is now ‘up in the air’ as to when I will actually received the missing part needed for each cabinet. Had I been told correct information from the beginning or at least had timely communication about my prepaid shipment that it would not be arriving by the guaranteed delivery date, I would not have said anything. This is very disappointing to say the least as I will not purchase anything else fromnIKEA unless all the parts are at the store. Buyers please beware.
