When the owner of the business of available to meet you and work with you, that makes for an added feeling of extraordinary customer service. The care did not end with the sale! Mrs. Dyanne made sure my items were delivered and set up correctly and she worked with me at my home to continue creating my look. The delivery guys were friendly and made sure my items were handled with care.nI definitely will be continuing to purchase my furniture from Bartlett Home Furnishings!

The sales man was very knowledgeable about the bookcase I was interested in. I bought it. The delivery people were great. Put it exactly where I wanted it to go. It was a great experience. From start to finish. I will be buying more furniture from them in the future.

Gene was the best. Gave me time to shop alone than pointed out his best picks for me. Perfect sales interaction. Delivery was fairly quick and I didn’t have to wait for a manufacturer to build the pieces! Had them delivered within days! Great place, will return.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Bartlett Home Furnishings. Our salesman, Wayne, was kind, informative, and patient as we visited several times to make our decision. We were very pleased with the quality of our furniture and with the service that we received. We had purchased from a national competitor chain previously and after over two months had not received our furniture. We canceled that order and purchased at Bartlett. We had our furniture delivered and in our dining room two days later. And to top it off, the delivery men even helped move another piece of furniture. This team was exemplary!

Great service & great selection. Linda did a great job! She listened to our wants and needs & helped us choose the perfect bedroom set and also coffee & end tables for our living room. Will definitely shop there again.
