Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Shady Grove

Great stay! Safe, quiet area. Very clean accomodations and staff is friendly and welcoming. Room was not ready at check-in time and the beds are more firm than I like, but I would stay again.

The room and employees were really good! The only complaints we had we're that they didn't have an actual crib even though the website said they had them available. They we're able to provide a pack-n-play but it's not the same. The other issue was that there was a dirty towel and the previous user's used soap and shampoo in the shower. They did provide points to us once we let th know though.

The hotel deserve 10 stars. They are following all COVID-19 procedures. Great atmosphere. The staff willing to answer guest service questions. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean and his lysol wipes and sanitizing stations throughout the hotel. The suite was very nice which included a refrigerator, stove, sink and dishwasher. Will most definitely stay again with my family.

For those who love cable TV...They have all the channels you need.....But anyway....Beds are excellent..Shower is also too......
