Immigration Judge Miles has post-poned the Case of Husband till 2020,nWhich I don’t see any reason for That, i have I-130 got approved from immigration , If my Husband didn’t have a court or it was terminated, said Officer during interview,He would get his Green Card in 3 days by mail, i was expecting From Mr Miles termination of his case however he didn’t make that decision, even though there was no Objection by anybody including Prosecutor, his record is clean no criminal, or DUI , or Felony , My Mom and me are stressing too much for him, his Mom has Passed away when he was here , And His Dad is old and sick we can not visit him , i don’t want him leave the world without seeing his Son , I love My husband so Much, we really want to visit Dady who live oversees , i noticed most of immigration Judges are helping people like us to approve their cases in that Court Room , but Fortune didn’t smile us this time.
