USCIS Memphis Application Support Center (ASC)

Because of covid, you are required to have face mask. There is a lot you can't take with you. You are only required to have Appointment Notice, Filled in form came with appointment notice and photo identification. Rest stays out like bag, ladies purse, etc. Cell phones are allowed but you can't use them. Temperature is taken outside. The place was empty. Just one employee, Jasmine did everything for us. She took temperature, checked documents, stamped it and then took bio/photo. She is awesome.nWe were done enter to exit in 15 minutes max.

Went today with family. This place is right beside road and has a number of commercials shops, at the end of the block is the USCIS ASC. My appointment is at 9.00AM, I arrived by 8.15AM since not many people are there the security guy checked passport and Biometric receipt and let us in. The process took less than 10 mins. It same like in driver license they take fingerprints and photo and ask to sign and give us our documents back. People are cordial and I didn’t had any issues. Hope this helps.

They let you in 15 minutes before apmt. Asian looking woman was super nice and professional. Everything is well organized. It took 2-3 minutes for one person to take biometrics. Since my green card was about to expire in 4 months she put a sticker behind it for extra one year just in case , so you can travel without worrying. Need I say more?...

Went there today to get my biometrics done for my green card renewal. Was pretty nervous after the negative experience 10 years ago at the USCIS center in Memphis. But I walked into a place, very well organized and super friendly staff. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Very positive experience!

We were in and out in 5 minutes & the man that took my husbands Biometrics was very courteous and helpful.
