Staff was great. We were greeted immediately and explained what we were looking for. She helped us locate the pieces we wanted and color matched with my wife. It was a great experience and great pricing for quality merchandise.

Always a friendly staff that are very willing to help but, they don't hover over you. Great prices and beautiful well made furniture.

Our couch sinks so bad!! They have replaced the cushions even upon telling them I think it's the springs but I took the coushins and now we are beck to square one. Super sinking. Now they want to shove my old coushins up under the couch so it doesn't sink. Not sure that's what we signed up for but I do want to give Athens Tenn. Manager Tim a GIANT THUMBS DOWN. HE WAS VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE. I COULDN'T EVEN NAVIGATE THE CONVERSATION BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY TRYING TO ARGUE WITH ME. HE HUNG UP ON ME 2 TIMES. 2ND TIME AFTER I ASKED FOR COOPERATES NUMBER HE JUST HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I GOT THe NUmber from another store and we will see if stuffing the old coushins under the frame of the couch works. I mean we paid 300% more then its worth so lets see what happens. Badcock is bad furniture!nnE!!

Really nice people, very good selection in store, answered all our questions easily, made some really good opinions on couches and finishes/options, easy financing, will definately be back in the future, thanks yall, you rock
