Well I used to think of this business as a nice place to go to But I had to change my review because I was there probably a week ago i asked if the manager was there and guy there told me as he was laughing that the other store manager is no longer there and said hes working at burger king WOW blows my mind how they talk about and treat Former employees such disrespect will not be going back to EZ RENTALS ANYMORE

We have bwen customers there for year's. They will always work with you and always have the best deals.

Honestly if I need any furniture in the future these guys are going to be my first place to consider. Not only are their staff friendly and more than willing to work with you, not only are the drivers good and making sure you get the correct items and they are brought inside carefully and put together correctly, they also have a beautiful selection both inside and online. If you need furniture or appliances, this is the place to go.

I have yet to receive a receipt from this place after a year of them drafting payments out of my account. Then i stop the card and the harassment comes in saying im very far behind but can't provide me any receipts! Ps their delivery drivers are good for having a beer with you while on the clock!

Liars no way to contact a customer service we had to put our furniture together ourselves it was all packed from factory only to open an find Rips in the cushion. After over 3 months we get no replies no help and a coush that's useless we are paying for. We can't even get a call back unless it's to pay them. Never use this company they have no management or customer skills and it's sad they don't care. Never use them it's not the first problem due to lack of management so no wonder the stores are closing. And there's full warranties so why wait this long for help when I ordered furniture they get it to you quickly so how can they not fix a warranties issue in a timely manner. Cons is all they are who pass the reasons around to blaim everyone. I called Ashley no repair tickets were sent until I called breach of contract an asked for all my paperwork so my lawyer could step in as I see he will have to. Go across the street N use any other rent to own.
