Update Don't make this mistakennTuesday November 17th 2020nMom shared some important information today that I wasn't aware of. The owner wasn't aware of the issues with the Whirlpool washing machine that he sold but he does honor the 1 year warranty from the manufacturer which is why he sent a repair man to the residence and upon purchasing my mom neglected to ask the owner if their was a refund policy if she wasn't completely satisfied. Oops Big no nonnAlways ask the owner if they have a refund policy if you're not familiar with their business practices and in this case my mom is a victim of not asking the owner upfront and instead thought that the owner would do the right thing and paid the price.nnDon't ever assume that the owner has a refund policy. It's not ethical but Mr Criner who owns CRINER FURNITURE CO. in Ripley Tennessee is well within his rights not to be up front with the customers I personally would never buy anything from them but that's only because I know they don't have a refund policy.nnFor you guys that don't know my mom is 76 years old and doesn't drive God bless her She called the owner and asked what they had available last week and purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from the stores warehouse in Ripley Tennessee and after calling the manufacturer doing some fact checking it turns out that they sold her a 2016 model out of the warehouse for 654 Dollars and it was making all kinds of noise and the delivery driver told her that was normal but she wasn't happy with it so I went to Lowe's last week after hearing her bad experience and looked at their current sales and got my elderly parents a brand new washing machine and hoses with free delivery and hook up for 628.85. Lowe's installed the brand new washing machine this Sunday and took the other washing machine to the carport Keep in mind my mom has only had this washing machine for a week she called the owner last Friday and he refused to pick up the washing machine and give her a full refund so I called the owner today hoping I could work things out civilly and he refused to pick up the washing machine and give my mom a full refund because he told me the same thing that he told her over the phone that he sent a repair man last Friday and the repairmen said that their was nothing wrong with it however it does have a 1 year warranty which the owner is honoring but she simply isn't completely satisfied but if she had made her purchase at Lowe's in Dyersburg TN within 30 Days they would have given her a full refund without any problems.

My mom bought a new air conditioner from them and they were very good about working with her on making monthly payments
