Embassy Suites by Hilton Memphis

Totally enjoyed my stay here a couple of weeks ago! The staff is nice and informative. I had no issues and someone was always available at the front desk. The hotel was very clean! They have a Lysol Initiative. The door was sealed with a sticker to let me know the room had not been occupied since it had been sanitized. Wow!!!! It was quiet; however, the walls are thin. I could her when person next door snoring at night and their alarm when they woke up in the morning. Breakfast was grab and go. It consisted of sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, etc. There was no evening reception. The hotel is in a very quiet business area. I had a wonderful stay!! Thank you Embassy Suites Memphis!

I love this hotel. I came in customer service was freaking amazing. Housekeeping was friendly and held good conversation considering my infant son got into a muffin and spread it everywhere in the few minutes I was on a business call. The room was extremely clean the one and only downside was we couldn’t change the video input so no video games could be played but it wasn’t a downside for me lol. It felt good to be there and not hear the kids argue over who’s turn it is ud83dude02ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23ud83eudd23

We had a great time. The hotel lobby was nice. We ordered out a lot but the food was hot when we received it.

Different vibes since covid. Stayed here many times and have enjoyed the stay. It just seemed a little lax on the service. I know things are different now, but service could be a little better. Will still visit when need to stay. Not really negative, just step up service a tad.

Omg. We had a fire, the staff really took care of us. Amy was so amazing and accommodating. The fire was already bad enough. She took the stress off of us. I loved this place. I would strongly recommend a stay here!
