My mower had 126 hours and the drive belt broke. I was told it was a defective belt, it would be covered by warranty. This is completely understandable. I went today to pick my mower up and was told that I owed x amount to replace the blades x3. I was not called to confirm this action. I had worked in the business of small engines for many years. Never have I or the company that I worked for done any work not agreed to on the work order. If there was a problem I would call the customer first and explain to them what the problem was before I went any further. These people never called and replaced 3 blades that I had examined at the start of the mowing season, only 105 hours. The blades were fine at that time, needing sharpened is all. The blades they handed me were destroyed.

I brought my mower to be serviced and not sure what was wrong with. Well it costs too much to be fixed and they was going to charge me $40 just to look at it. I think that is very bad business. They didn't even told me about the charge. VERY BAD BUSINESS.

Horrible! Had my mower 4 months. When I called about it they couldn’t find my paperwork. I asked to be called prior to fixing it. They said they did try to call. But they lied. Then to get my mower back wanted to charge me $250 when I had tile them not to fix it. Never go to them
