Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee

The people that work there are rude. I walked in and 5 steps in the door I got stung by a wasp. My husband told the lady that I had got stung, she just walked off without saying a word. I just wanted them to get rid of the wasp so a kid or someone else didn’t get stung. Worst goodwill I’ve ever been into. Customer service sucks! They need to hire some people with people skills.

I always shop at this Goodwill whenever I’m in town. The staff are friendly, the store is clean, and the bargains are unlimited. Love this place.

Does anyone know when Goodwill in Lexington will open back up since the Governor has allowed businesses to do so?
