My wife and I went to Ashley to buy a mattress and to look at recliners. When we walked in we were welcomed by Jerry who was very happy to help us. We went to the back and was fitted for the right mattress, we had one in mind we wanted but saw it wasn’t the right one for us. Jerry and Travis helped us fine the exact mattress we needed to fit us. We also were able to find us the right recliner. Jerry explained everything to us with the warranty and the terms of financing. We will definitely go back to buy more furniture from that store specifically because of the customer service and quality of the furniture. I want to also give a big shout out to Dylan for making the paperwork process easy.

Maddie was a top notch employee! She answered all of my questions, and made me feel welcome. She was very patient, & took her time with me. She wasn’t too pushy, & she was actually very helpful. Maddie, if you see this, I’ll be back for what I was looking at!! I hope she’s there when I come back!! The new store is beautiful. 10/10!!

We had been furniture shopping for almost 2 years. We had hit every furniture place we could find. We just couldn't find what we wanted, at a price we were willing to pay. We happened to be driving by their new store in Jeff City. We stopped and met Travis and he found us exactly what we wanted, at a price we were willing to pay.. maybe the stars aligned that day, but his attention to detail, helpfulness and follow up communication weren't just by chance. He obviously cares.nnRecommended.

I was provided with the best service from Maddie. I highly recommend. She was kind and helpful!nnEdit:nI was originally provided with the best service from Maddie, however from the delivery service to the responses from the lady at the Ashley furniture store (another Maddie) after paying was a downward spiral. Expect great customer service while spending your money. However, be prepared to be disappointed afterwards. They have their money. They don't need to be nice anymore.

Ordered furniture. Was told it would be a couple weeks, no problem understood. Well time has arrived for it to be delivered right? Truck comes with 50% of the items. Delivery guys say it’s the store, we must contact the store. Contact the store , they say it’s the warehouse. Look guys I’m not your middle man trying to figure your issues out. Store says we will come out next day to complete ( actually promised). Do you think they called the next day to say there employee called in sick? Nope the customer, me had to call the store to ask what was going on. FYI not good customer service. Still missing parts. Manager stated it will be FedEx to us. Excuse me ladies and gentlemen “I paid for installation “. My wife is upset for missing work 2 days, I get off work early so that I could figure it out. Go to the store, get a little heated in my discussion to figure out salesperson didn’t order from warehouse? Was asked if I want to put in my truck and do it myself? Picture this everyone, I come in the store with a cast and broken ankle, and once again “I PAID FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLING “ . Honestly I could have spent 1300$ on a bed frame and dresser anywhere. I just moved here and thought I’d keep it local. Well I think Ashley Jeff city just lost a recliner, kitchen table, chairs, and bedroom furniture sale. Sorry not sorry.
