I had the best experience at Smoky Mountain Salon and Spa! I’m getting married in May and did a trial run for my hair and makeup. Amy did a fantastic job styling my hair! She asked me questions about the type of look I wanted, made suggestions on whether something would work or not look right and was so friendly and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She did an amazing job!!nHeidi did my makeup and it turned out great! She was easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. She is so friendly and easy to work with!!nShannan is amazing as well! I sent her a ton of emails changing my mind of the hair style I wanted for my wedding. Each time, she was friendly and accepted my changes.nAfter getting my hair done, I was out and about in Pigeon Forge. I received so many compliments on my hair that I felt like a celebrity!! Thank you girls so much for a great experience and great job!!! See all of you in May!!!

I was a last minute walk in. They were super nice and was willing to do my hair for a wedding I was attending. Shannan was amazing. Did a beautiful job, got complements on my hair all day long. And it held up all day, even in the light rain that came through.

We are from IL and got married in TN. Our venue, Honeysuckle Hills recommended Smoky Mountain Salon & Spa. They did my manicure, hair and makeup and my husband’s hair and eyebrows. Amy Ogle did my manicure and hair and she was wonderful! She did a classic manicure that lasted for two weeks! I have long hair that I wanted down, curled and a hair pin put in. She nailed it! Their makeup artist did airbrush on me and it lasted throughout an outdoor wedding. I looked like a glammed-up version of myself, it was perfect! Hannah McClure waxed my husband’s eyebrows and cut his hair and she did an awesome job! The salon is super cute and very clean. I would highly recommend this salon!!

Brought my daughter in, 6 yrs old and we had a spa-day. They were so super sweet with her. It's hard to have a conversation with a 6 yr old but they did so great with her. I would give this place 10 stars out of 5. You absolutely must visit!! Amy worked with us, and she (as is everyone else here) has such a beautiful personality and so easy to work with.
