Wright's Swimming Pool Co

We had them install a in ground pool and concrete pad/walkway. We were not worried about the time frame It took; as it took a lot longer to get it complete however Extremely NOT HAPPY with the communications with the Owner and quality of the concrete AND Equipment they put in. Only to add that the $3k heater failed (blew out water) in 2 months and was not even used. With in the 1st week we got 3 major cracks in the concrete. Nothing they could do. I've seen concrete cracking but not that fast and not so many cracks. 2 major cracks in concrete. He said the heater was our fault because the PH level was off. We went on vacation for 6 days and wasn't able to check PH levels. Mind you with 10 years of having a pool at another location we have never seen where the water heater went bad so fast (Hayward) Brand. He sent a one of his staff members to come out and by pass the heat pump. He himself finally came over and inspected the heater and saw the issue. Nothing he could do but say its gonna be another $700 and he would try to get manufacture to assist. Not a word of course. no returns texts and have not yet to heard back from him on heater. It has been so hard to communicate with them, so Frustrating. They are in no hurry to return phone calls or texts. Sometimes it takes weeks to hear from him. So we are left with trying to figure out what are we gonna do about these cracks that will get larger with winter coming in after spending all that money. We have ended our pool season earlier then planned because we don't have a heater. VERY FRUSTRATING

I would leave no stars if I could. I'm currently still waiting on a call back. Supposedly she ordered my hose for my pool. I waited two weeks. After two shipments came in and no hose on either load. I requested a call back to find out why. No, call or anything. She didn't care.. My children didn't have their pool for those two weeks not to mention it turned green with all this rain. So now I lost summer play time, and chemical cost and basically3weeks of pool time. I drove to pool store in Dandridge and that polite lady sold me a hose. I just put my filtration back together. I'll continue to go to Dandridge. In a business how you treat every customer is important. It shouldn't matter how much or little they spend. It saddens me I can't spend $ in my own community for everything.
