Massage Envy

This was my first time at a Massage Envy & I am new to the Hixson area. I read the reviews & was a little unsure what to expect, but I was experiencing back pain & had received a gift card at Christmas that I wanted to use. I looked through the names of all the massage therapists on their website & like a shot in the dark, I booked with Mary. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Matthew at the front desk who was so kind & sweet. He was very professional checking me in & answered all of my questions. He then showed me to the serenity room where I waited for Mary. Mary came & got me right on time & we discussed what brought me in for my massage & the specific areas I was hoping she could focus on. Mary did not disappoint !!! She did an amazing job & her pressure was perfect! Not only was this one of the best massages I’ve ever had, but also one of the best overall experiences! Afterwards, I inquired about the membership program & eagerly signed up for it without being pushed or pressured about it one bit. Matthew thoroughly explained everything about the membership & patiently answered all my questions. He even recommended other massage therapists with similar skills, in case Mary was unavailable when I wanted to come back. I highly recommend this location & last night had the best night’s sleep that I’ve had in almost a year!

Absolutely amazing service and it has got to be the best message I have had in my entire life! Patrick was my Masseuse and recommend him 100%, you will not be disappointed!

When it comes to massage there is no better place to go, the staff was excellent and I feel so much better after coming here, the membership also makes it very easy to get in regularly and is an unbeatable price

Your staff really needs a wake up call when it come to service. It seems they never know what they are doing. Can't express how irritated i was when you have a membership pay $60 and only receive a 35 minute massage. Offended not against the Therapist Rob, but he skipped half the body. Didn't rub the right side front of my back or the left arm side at all. He did great on the back but will request a different therapist if I return to this location.
