I love this place! They have all kinds of choices for craft sodas and craft beers. They have a nice selection wines and foreign foods/snacks. They have tons of awesome little things that you can't find anywhere else. They also have Torani Syrups!
The store is awesome and two of the three employees spoke to me. My cashier Joseph did not speak to me throughout the transaction even with me directly greeting him and again saying thank you. He didn’t look me in the face , which came across as rude. His customer service with the person in front of me was different. Just wanted to leave a review because that made my purchase uncomfortable
One of the best experiences I have had in a long time! I recently visited this past weekend on my way home from Ikea in Charlotte. I had seen a coffee table I wanted at another world market store, but they were out, so we came here and managed to get the last one. There were only three people working at the time but they were so so great! They even helped me get a coupon and were super patient! I wish I had a store closer to me!
I've noticed that all World Markets have fewer and fewer items these days. The staff is always nice, and the store is easy to move through, never crowded. I like the variety of international foods, and they have a good assortment of wines. Prices are a little high, so I treat it as a special occasion place to pick up a unique gift or card.
Staff very helpful and polite. Finally able to get some cloth napkins on clearance that i can use year round.
