Great staff! Tonya was super helpful with helping us decide on which mattress set best suited our needs. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We weren’t rushed and were given several options. We also bought a bunk bed set in the children’s department and Clinton was also great to work with. We wanted something that would hold up over the years and he discussed all the options and took his time with us. Two different departments and great service on both!!

I came into the Harbison store in SC looking for a new sofa and recliner. It was a great experience walking through the store and viewing the wide variety of inventory. Once I found a sofa that I liked and was kind of hovering around it and testing it out, Tonya greeted me to assist me further. She was so wonderful, professional and helpful through the process. She was able to help me narrow down a color selection and even find a recliner that would match well from another part of the store. She offered all of the available options and was happy to look up information regarding price and measurements. I will definitely come back to this store for future purchases and would hope to be helped by someone like Tonya again. I have not one complaint. Hopefully delivery will go just as smoothly!

Staff at Rooms to Go Harbison is Phenomenal! I had Tanya assist me in my recent purchase, and I was very impressed. I never felt pressured at any point. Tanya was Friendly and Knowledgeable; a quality in which I found the entire staff to have. In addition, I was able to receive my furniture within weeks not months like other stores had quoted. I would Definitely recommend this store!

I have never had to edit a review before but here we are. Rooms To Go does have a good selection of mattresses and the sales people are helpful UNTIL you sign on the dotted line. The mattress I chose arrived with a hole in the bottom, I called customer service and after waiting over an hour to get someone on the phone they agreed to send me a new one. While waiting 2 weeks for a new mattress, I noticed the original mattress springs were stressing the fabric under the slats in the loft bed. I called customer service to see about choosing a different- more expensive bed (waited 45 minutes to get through to a person) and was told I could pay a re-selection fee of $50 but I would have to go through the store. After thinking about it, I called the store to speak with my sales person to see how to move forward, he tells me to call customer service again. So I call and again wait almost an hour to get through. This time I get one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever spoken to (she was combative from hello), who tells me I cannot reselect a mattress AT ALL and I have to wait 30 days to “break in the bed” before I can make any claim. I call the store again talk to my sales person who says he will talk with his manager and call me back. He didn’t. So I call back the next day and ask to speak to the manager, who apparently won’t come to the phone because I speak with someone on his behalf who tells I can refuse the delivery of the new mattress and then pay a $100 reselection fee plus delivery. So in 4 days I got 3 different answers on how to get a mattress that will work for us and I have no idea how much more it will cost. I really think they just pile on fees when they think they can.nnI don’t understand why I can’t just pick a new mattress? The item that was sent to me was damaged, they’re taking it back anyway, I haven’t received the new mattress yet, and they’re would have made more money off of me with the bed that I wanted.nnI will never shop there again and I was planning on getting all new living room furniture this year. Oh well!

Jasmine assisted me with my purchase. He was super kind. Due to extended wait times for delivery, I had him follow me around the store to tell me the delivery dates for MULTIPLE items because I need them within the next two weeks. He did not complain! He did not seem bothered by me asking one million questions! His service was amazing! I purchased a bedroom suite and a living room set. Kudos to Jas! More business need employees like him!
