It was very easy to work with them. They were polite, and very helpful. They were right there whenever or however we needed them. The delivery personnel was so wonderful. I have never worked with someone whom was so nice and very, very polite. I mean they were just wonderful. They worked so hard to make us happy. They were very courteous about our home. They cleaned up everything and was very helpful in any way possible.

Great service from shopping in the store with Ann Jackson down to the delivery. Although furniture options were limited due to various reasons, I was accommodated BEST by Value City. My salesperson, Ann, jumped through hoops to get my bedroom set delivered as soon as possible. Salesperson, Cameron (I think is his name) was charming in assisting me when my dining room furniture was delayed and helped me find a dining table on the floor so I could have an amazing first Thanksgiving in my home. The delivery guys were alllll pleasant and careful in delivering my furniture and showing me how to use the features in both deliveries. Would I shop here again??? Absolutely!!! Go here, you won't regret it!!!

Went to V.C.F. Looking for an oversized Recliner. I did a lot of research on recliners before deciding to go here. I wanted a wider seat, long enough so my feet wouldn’t hang off the end, and as little out of pocket I could find. Keaton Moore was the sales-associate that helped us. I can’t say enough things on how helpful he was!! He NEVER was pushy or impatient. Especially with all the questions I had for him! Also gave me enough time alone to go over my choices with my husband to decide on my purchase! Which I still wasn’t sure before leaving, because I’m kind of cheap when it comes to spending money on myself. I had narrowed it down to one, but wanted a day to think about it. He made this part totally easy for me, by giving me a receipt (paper and email) for what I would purchase. So if and when I would call to order, all I would have to do is give my order number and it would be ready to buy. Really appreciated all he did to help me and can’t thank him enough!

T and Rick delivered my furniture swiftly and were courteous and professional the entire time. They were able to assemble by bed with ease. I truly appreciate their level of service. I would highly recommend Value City Furniture and T and Rick for delivery needs.
