My wife Emily and I had the wonderful experience of shopping for and ordering our dining room suit from Sugar Creek Amish Furniture. Rob and Donna, the owners, and their staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. With the fantastic assistance of Mia we were able to find the right furniture style and stain that matched our home perfectly. Rob enhanced some details with our chairs to make them more functional. Rob was helpful in expediting the financial aspect of our purchase. Prior to the delivery, Trevor and Jacob set up a viewing of our furniture to ensure our order was correct and we were extremely satisfied with the furniture. Trevor and Jacob then scheduled and delivered our furniture. They did an outstanding job in the delivery and set-up of our furniture. They were very patient and understanding to make sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it. They also took the time to demonstrate the use of the lighting in the hutch and high buffet and the operation of the table leaf. We were 100% pleased with the staff, the service provided and the furniture purchased. We wouldn’t hesitate to make future furniture purchases from them.nDavid W. Black

What an awesomely pleasant experience! I ordered a MurphyBed from this business. The price was doable, and the place is very spacious with a variety of offerings! The owner/associate, Mr. Pinion, was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly as he answered my questions about furniture. He was very knowledgeable about the different lumber used, wood stains, building techniques, and hardware options. The entire staff was cordial and friendly!! I entered for a monthly drawing and won! I loved the customer service: no pressure and no ‘stalking’ me as I looked around, yet they let me know they were there to answer any questions. I’ll shop there again soon.

Amazing quality and the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. The staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise and where it comes from. We bought a beautiful dining room table and it was delivered to our home 3 hours away for less than our local furniture stores charge. We plan on visiting the store again soon.

We recently purchased furniture from this store and are very pleased. We had excellent service with great communication about an order that had been detained due to the pandemic. The store is lovely, furniture of high quality, and the service is outstanding. I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them.
