We visited this Value City location last month and was met by Mrs Valerie, she was very knowledgeable with answering all of our questions, while not hovering over us, while we looked around. We decided to leave and she gave us her business card, fast forward one week still undecided on what we wanted, Mrs Valerie was there helping us, still no purchase, we left, however we placed several phone calls to her and she continued to offer answers to all of our questions. After a month of decisions we went back to Value City, and Mrs Valerie was there to assist us we were able to get everything ordered, along with Jim who assisted with the transaction and, he made the final process to insure we had everything we needed with delivery and scheduling. Thank you Mrs Valerie, and Mr Jim for all that you did to assist us. I would definitely come back again.nDock and Gwen.
Update.nOne mattress stayed pretty much flat. Called the store within the 7 days and no issue. It was my decision for a refund or replacement. I chose replacement and boom, it was done the following Friday with another courteous and conscientious delivery person.nnOriginal.nThe sales lady was very helpful. She truly presented the attitude that she was there to help us find what we wanted, not just make a sale. She was not pushy in any manner, giving us space when we needed it to talk things over amongst ourselves.nThe delivery crew (2 people) were very courteous and polite. They were extremely careful when bringing in the purchase, unpacking, and cleaning up after. They even thanked us before they left. Made for an enjoyable experience from those we've experienced from other stores.
I was extremely pleased with my purchase. I ordered a new couch set and Value City’s employee was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect piece for my home. The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture today were also professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They even added my scratch resistant pads to my furniture for me before putting them down. They set everything up and helped move my rug to exactly where I wanted it. Extremely satisfied and will buy all of my furniture from here from here on out!!
We had a great experience shopping here! The associates were very attentive, while also allowing us to browse freely. We were there for about two hours, but they remained patient and eager to help. We even went to nearby furniture stores and returned to Value City before making the purchase. Their confidence in the product, great price, and great service really helped us make our decision.
Our Sale Representative John was Amazing and knowledgeable. Completed our purchase in timely manner. All the staff were friendly and they greeted me at door. I am happy customer ud83dude0a.
