I wouldn't recommend buying a pool for this place. Super nice when you want to purchase but when it comes to install and customer service not so much.
Brought water to be tested so I can open pool. I wanted to know the ph and alkalinity before I shock the pool. They acted like they have never seen green pool water before and wouldn't run it in their machine.
Good service, good prices, friendly people.
I can write a book on what I don’t know about pools, so needless to say, I had a LOT of questions when I walked into the store. I was pleasantly surprised by how extremely helpful and patient everyone was! They listened to my pool problems and made accurate recommendations to fix the problems. Save yourself the heartache of guessing what’s wrong with your pool, and come see these people!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to sell you things you dont need. This is the pool store to go to if you live in florence.
