Matt is very nice and listens to your needs. He charges around $70 which I guess is about normal for these times.nWorth going to. He has a great dog too that will greet you when you visit.
I'm no expert with computer repair, but I am far and away from a novice, having built 3 of my own rigs in the last 15 years.nnThat said, I paid a premium to save myself the time and hassle to rebuild my last computer. The returned product had the CPU fan plugged into the wrong power port which produced a boot up error from the get go.nnThen, to make matters worse after having to repair that myself, two of the hard drives weren't even plugged into the motherboard. I called and was told i was informed of that fact, but i most certainly was not told this as it is very important information that I could not forget. I wonder what I was paying for now.nnI advise keeping away from this place. Double and triple talk seemed the norm and I was foolish to ignore it. There are much more reputable places the the Valle . Go to them instead!
It'd be cool if they'd return our (completely fried) computer even remotely on time. It was supposed to be ready last Friday (we declined their offer to recover the hard drive since that much I can do myself) and it's still not ready as of this Thursday. They literally have nothing to work on. Did they lose the thing??nnI'll update the review if even one satisfactory thing comes of this.

This is one of the those companies that are a well kept secret, however the work that he does is great. If you are looking for a place that can help you without talking down to you then this is the place to go.
