It is sad that my mother is having a problem with getting her UPS delivery! She ordered Christmas presents and the sorry delivery man says he cannot deliver to her house because of dogs! She has ordered and UPS has come to her home day after day but this was never a problem before! We called customer service several times and want correct this issue! That sorry man driver needs to find another job! It is funny because a lady delivers for FedEx and she has no issues with the dogs!

I was told it’s my problem when the truck was going to arrive 2 hrs late, then was hung up on from a woman from dispatch. I appreciate you making me miss my doctors appt.

The driver failed to show at the scheduled times for the pickup and delivery of a company laptop to perform a 4 month work assignment in the Darlington County, SC area. For the scheduled delivery, the driver came two hours early, did not knock or even ring the bell, but left a note on my door he had come. Consequently I was late starting my work assignment by 3 days. For the pickup, the scheduled time was 12 to 5, and UPS even called to say they were running late and the driver would be at my house by 8pm.. Therefore I ended up waiting at home 8 hours total for the laptop to be picked up and he never showed, no one from UPS called, and there was no communication from UPS regarding the matter.

UPS is the WORST delivery service I have ever had to deal with. My wife has her MS medication delivered by them and they decide today that my son can't sign for the package that cost $5000.00 and can't ride in the heat. This is not the first time we have had a problem one driver left it on the porch without a signature in 100 degree weather. They lied and said there are orders from the specialty pharmacy that my wife is the only one that can sign for her medication. Myself and our son has previously signed for it and my son was not 21 years old as they said he needed to be.
