I'll actually know better how Havertys did once I received my sofa in 13-16 wks. However, everyone was attentive and answered all questions as I expected when shopping in a good store. Very pleasant sales help and knowledgeable. What they didn't know they were happy to look into for me.
Mrs. Linda And Mrs. Nelly are very very friendly, kind and helpful. I like how they greet you, how they listen and that they are not pushy or make you feel pressured when you visit the store. We enjoyed working with them!
