Three J maintenance, Joe did great work & was a pleasure to do business with.nHe was prompt and professional, as well as extremelynAccommodating.nOur job involved electrical work/ install new lights, running wiring, remove & install sinks, as well as a few other jobs around the house. Communication was excellent & outlined the work, as well as the cost up front there was no hidden surprises, and all work was done on time as promised.nWe plan on using Joe again in the near future for another project.nOn a personal note, it’s a nice feeling to know that in this day & age of so called professionals that don’t even make the time to call you back - after leaving many messages, etc. that there is a reliable professional Three J / Joe, to call upon.
Three J Property Maintenance mounted two TV's onto brick (one in a screened porch & the other outside). I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, flexibility, thoroughness and end result. Will be using them again for any and all projects required!

We needed the electrical work done to my water fountain. I called them at short notice due to an event I was having this weekend and Joe came through! On top of that he provided affordable and quality service! Best Plumbing and Electric in town!!
I reached out and spoke with Joe Linder he was very responsive and professional. I had him install new mailboxes at my apartment complex located in Florence SC. He exceeded my expectations! The mailboxes came out better than I imagined. He built two custom mailbox posts designed to hold 5 mailboxes per post I’ll definitely be using Three J Property Maintenance again!
