I normally do NOT leave reviews, whether having a good or bad experience but I absolutely could NOT help myself this time. It’s quite simple... the manager there is unruly, disrespectful and very hostile. First, we walked in and before we were greeted properly, she (the manager) is asking whether we’re paying with cash or card, and then boisterously telling us there’s a 5% fee. Just being plain rude and unnecessarily aggressive. Then we get an amazing massage by the therapist. (Now, This was great) Then come back to the desk and the manager is demanding a tip even before we even have the chance to willfully tip (and we were GOING to!!!) We said we were going to the car to get cash, and she becomes unruly and demands that we pay the tip on the card and blocks us from exiting. We tell her that because of her utter disrespect and lack of tact and professionalism, we were choosing not to tip (HER fault). She claims, she’s calling the cops and then have the nerve to follow us outside screaming at us and said something about “you people”. At this point, my only “tip” is for you to be nicer next time and not be so wrapped up about money. I will NEVER go there again and I most certainly will NOT recommend them Unless you want poor customer service and to be nickel and dimed, go somewhere else!!!

Went here today for a massage on my bad shoulders. I've been to several places and the problem is usually that the masseuse can't maintain heavy pressure for a long period of time. Not here. In fact, it actually hurt a little! Came out of there feeling a little beat up, but a whole lot looser. Would definitely recommend.

Annie's spa offers very competitive prices and the staff does an excellent job. I came in for my first visit extremely sore and I left feeling very relaxed and relieved of my leg and lower back pains. I will definitely return to Annie's in the future.

Last Minute Booking for a Couples massage and it was Amazing!! The absolute best massage I have had. It isn’t the most luxurious place, but the quality of massage was great. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and the lady really focused on those areas. She left me feeling so much better. Just an FYI....... if you are modest tell them up front.

Absolutely a gem. Went with wife for a couples massage. Jenny took care of wifey. She said that it was excellent. I had Mary take on my knots. She was excellent. Great pace, great pressure, and both were very thorough. They worked, back, legs, arms, chest, head, feet. Incredibly relaxing. Pricing is more than reasonable. Parking is easy and entrance is in the back. Very clean, and smells nice with claiming music circulating.n100%.....try it
