Always a great massage and customer experience! I’ve been a member for a few years now my only complaint is I don’t plan ahead enough to get in when I want and they are always so busy! A great problem to have and I will for sure plan in advance for my future visits and I suggest you do the same when you sign up! Thanks Waverly location staff!
Fantastic! This is a great location to get a massage, with therapists who are excellent at their craft. I've been a member for a year and highly recommend.
I recently had a massage with Shelah at the Indian Land location near the HomeGoods. First, the communication was great, as they texted a reminder as well as an email. They also sent me the intake form electronically so I did not have to worry about that when I arrived. They did a temperature check upon my arrival and the spa was simply beautiful and spotless. Shelah gave a great massage and I left wishing I had planned on a longer session! I'll definitely be back!
