Just visited this store. Four employees inside and no one was wearing facial coverings. One employee did put one on when she offered to help me but the others didn’t seem to care and that employee took hers off as soon as she walked away. Customer service tip:when you have one customer in your store and they are wearing a face covering, you are showing them you care about their health and well being by wearing your mask. This customer cared about your health by wearing my mask and I was trying to shop local but because you obviously do not care, I left to find a healthier place to shop.
Friendly, helpful staff and owner! Beautiful selection of items... and they are always getting new things, so I try to stop in whenever I can to see what's new. Great prices too! This is a great option for customers who want to support a local, small business and still get beautiful furniture at fair prices.
Nice place with a good selection of furniture
SCAMMERS!! Be warned. I purchased a $3000 custom sofa with a “lifetime warranty”. It is terrible, missed stitching, fabric is of poor quality & owner has the WORST customer service. I have reached out 11 times with zero response...and long story short after 6 months of “fabric testing” NOTHING!! Save yourself time, money and a headache. Value city would have been a better option. Just NO NO NO!!
Love this place!! We worked with Sherri, and she's amazing!! Genuine and caring and helped us find the perfect pieces. Trey arranged our delivery with the perfect amount of communication, and arrived exactly when he said he would. If you're looking for high quality pieces that you can purchase at the same (or below) price of the chain stores, this is the place to go. Lots of unique pieces and great selection. We will definitely be back when it's time to complete our other rooms!
