Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte

This is the worse Embassy Suites , that I have stayed thus far. I called down to the front desk, and asked for wash cloths and towels. She asked what room I was in and that they would be up shortly. So I wait , because I want to take a shower before bed. After thirty minutes of waiting , I call back down to the front desk. The same lady that answered the phone before, proceeds to tell me they don't have anymore and that I would have to wait until 830 am before I can get any clean linen. I would not recommend. Stay at a hotel that can provide their guests with clean linen. Rooms also have an odor.

On October 31st 2020, I was married to my wonderful husband. On our honeymoon we came here to the Embassy. Soon as we talked inside we was taking away the its beauty. The staff was amazing with help and keeping things clean. The breakfast was delicious throughout the time we stayed. However cause of the pandemic; the spa, pool and the restaurant happened to be closed. Hopefully our next time visiting we are able to experience that too!

I didn’t even get to stay there... Why, b/c they had not one but two roaches crawling in my room... The manager at the time was happy to refund my money because I booked through a third party website. She even offered to put 10,000 points on my Hilton honors(I never received those points).... Now they are suppose to be one of the newer hilton hotels.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very outdated. There were not enough towels and washcloths to make it through two nights. When we requested more, we were told there was a shortage and lots of people were requesting them. An hour and half later (around 9:30pm) after trying to call the front desk several time, we went down to ask again. We were told it would be later before we got them. We told them we wold be in bed by then. Shortly after the woman at the front desk delivered us some towels and washcloths (thank you).nThis place is apparently very understaffed! The employees are doing the best they can with what they are given (and this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 1).nNo trash bags in the trash cans in our room. The ice maker on our floor is out of order. The pool is closed and green. No happy hour, but the bar is open and selling drinks.nWe were not impressed with this Hilton, and never plan to stay at this location again.nIf this was the first Embassy Suites we had stayed at it I would have thought they all were this way. The Embassy Suites in Concord is 20min away and well worth the drive for a much better experience.

Never ever stay in this hotelud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 I have had good experiences at previous Hilton hotels, but not this one!! We reserved and purchased a room a week ago and even let them know what time we would be arriving to the hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 1AM and we were told that our room had been sold and that there was nothing they could do for us!!!!!
