This place does not even get a star in my book. I had to put a star to submit this. I was charged multiple times for my room that only cost $364.00. I was on a business trip and was supposed to get a discount. Instead they charged me $417.70 TWICE. Then the unprofessional desk clerk tells me to go ahead and pay for my stay, which was 3 nights and 1 day, and maybe that will take the pending charges off. I pay the $364. Then I wake up the next day with another charge of $139.10. And then they tell me it's nothing they can do. Every morning I get up for them to tell me to wait for the next manager to come on duty. This is my first trip to North Carolina and it has been the worst trip I have ever been on. All the things I wanted to see and do, I cannot because they have almost $1,000 pending transactions on my card. Money that is mine that I cannot use. No rectification of the errors. No complimentary stays. No free dinners. No discounts on other stays. NOTHING! I check out tomorrow and I will NEVER CHECK IN TO THIS EMBASSEY SUITES FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!

Comfortable bed and friendly staff.nHowever for the rate and the hotel I definitely had higher expectations when it came to my room. The room was much smaller than expected and I had a king suite considering we are in pandemic there was used toilet paper on the roll when we entered the room. However I was able to replace with the one new one they left. Also rust on the shower wall and peeling paint on cabinetry in the bathroom. Carpets were noticeably stained and needed cleaning. So for what I received in a room not really worth the price but the service and hotel outside of the actual room over all is nice. Considering there are some updates made I may return to this location. However as of know I'll probably choose another.

Great customer service including the check in staff, bar staff and breakfast staff. Got free cocktails and breakfast, can’t complain. Quality of food/ drink were great.nnThe room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge! Loved it. I would definitely stay here again!

Best hotel ever!! Smells great when you walked in. Room was super clean and comfortable affordable. The front desk person could smile a little more but everyone was great

Our 2 queen suite was spacious. They had good Covid procedures in place. Masks were required in common areas unless seated. There was a line for the free drinks at the evening reception (Tue-Sat 5:30-7). At breakfast we were seated at a table, filled out our order, and it was brought to us on trays. It was included in the room rate. I hope that practice continues after Covid. They used little punch cards for reception drinks (2 per person due to NC regulations) and breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
