Amélie's French Bakery & Café | Rock Hill

Not my cup of tea.

Cute little bakery in downtown Rock Hill. It offers sandwiches and such, but we went for dessert! The macarons are crunchy and full of flavor and I'm told the fruit tarts are delicious too (even though they were scarfed down without even offering me a bite!). It looks like downtown is undergoing revitalization, so Amelie's is well positioned.

The food and coffee here were wonderful! I loved my lavender flavor added to dark roast brew...so good! The bakery items were very tasty and the staff very friendly. Indoors was decorated with a unique style and they even had a miniature Pont des Arts outside on the railing! I will definitely be back...my mom and I enjoyed our stop for a midweek birthday brunch!

Absolutely delicious! They have a lot of choices to choose from! The only thing I could say to make it the best place in the area, would be to add vegan desserts to the mix. Such as no egg or dairy at all . If you're wondering whether you should go I definitely recommend it!

I have been here many times and the desserts never disappoint. But i am always disappointed with there food. I got a chicken sun-dried tomato with pesto sandwich and the chicken was very plan tasting, dry, fatty, and to chunky; i would of liked shredded chicken . I thought it was have fresh sun-dried tomatoes on the sandwich it just had a paste like that semi tasted like sun-dried tomatoes.nnBut the desserts and service is always amazing and will continue to go back for that but not the food.
