Even though the reviews are bad, I had a very good experience with this place. Everything was on par!
Last few months seems like they run out of alot of ingredients and sides..how can you run out of fries and tots. Main stay items like chicken strips and chili also.. Think maybe inventory needs to better managed.
Although it was fairly quick coming out the burger was like a hockey puck hard and over cooked to the point half was eaten and that was enough. The toaster sandwich the bread was soggy. The drinks came out overflowing and when we attempted to clean it up one single napkin. When I asked the young kid to get some more napkins while my drink spilled all over the place he acted like it was an inconvenience and brought a huge stack with attitude.
Horrible service. Waited 47 minutes for a Sonic Blast. If management was there. They should of acknowledged the situation & apologized for the inconvenience. They gave me my order. But that's besides the point. I will take my business elsewhere.
Ordered a soniv blast, 20+ min later it still sounded good. But that is when I left witt no blasy.
