We used Lap of Love to put our sweet boy Castle to rest. They then sent his body to Precious Pets to be cremated. I am absolutely blown away by the care and detail that went into this process. We picked up Castles remains at his vets office. They came in a beautiful gift bag with a wooden urn and a metal name plate, along with a beautiful pamphlet of their cemetery. We are so at ease now that our boy is home with us.
I finally received my late dogs remains. The process was very quick about 1 week of waiting, that’s the reason I am giving a two star. I’m upset, because I had specifically called a day after her passing, and requested to not have my dogs remains sent that I wanted to pick them up in person. I was told that it was fine, but to my surprise on Saturday I had a missed delivery notification from ups. This truly made the process even more stressful knowing my baby’s remains sat with ups over the weekend. My recommendation is if you can’t accommodate a request just say so.
We had to order our fur babies paw print right after a snow storm, so unfortunately there was a delay with ups. When I called and expressed my concern on receiving my paw print the lady at the front desk was super helpful and understanding. They worked with me and allowed me to come pick it up myself so I got it that day. The facility looks so peaceful and clean. It's a beautiful place to lay ur fur baby to rest and come back to remember them. If we ever have to put down another pet we will absolutely be returning to precious pets. ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83dude07
These folks are caring, supportive and compassionate to your needs. They truly treat you and your pet as one family and know that your pet was your family. Much appreciate their services.
Coming to this cemetery gave my family the peace we needed. They were very efficient and easy to work with. I felt absolutely comfortable using them, and that's saying a lot coming from someone with high anxiety. They were absolutely wonderful and caring and respectful with my baby Binx. I am forever thankful for them.
