Great used mobile homes! Best prices around! Amazing customer service! My mom bought her home from here 20 years ago. It is still in great condition! We are now looking for ours. Only want to buy from trust worthy business! This is who we trust!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service and they DO NOT back up their work. They set a home here in Feb 2020 and it was far from level, so much so that the front door would not close. They still have not come to make it right in Aug 2020. Steer clear of John Matlock!!

J & F moving delivered my new home and I couldn’t be more pleased. As a single senior, purchasing my first new home I had concerns about delivery dates, potential for damage during delivery and leveling my home. John and his staff were amazing. John is hands on during the entire process and Lisa in his office doesn’t hesitate to communicate all your questions or comments to John. Thanks, John, Lisa and Staff for making my adventure painless!!!

Probably the worst customer service ever. We had our home moved July 9th and they did an okay job getting it done, but it is almost TWO MONTHS later and we still don’t have the house tied down. We were promised several times that they would be at our home to tie it down, but we have found that this company is very dishonest. The driver of the company told me that “he’s been in this business for 26 years, so he must be doing something right” but honestly I’m not sure how he’s made it this long. I’d recommend you find someone else to move your mobile home.

I would not recommend buying a mobile home from this company. We paid cash for a double wide. Before we purchased it, I did ask if it came with central heat and air. John assured me that it did. I guess I should have asked if it was in working condition. we also had to install the floor covering ourselves. He said he would pay us for that. It took me a good 3 months to get him to bring an ac unit out and pay us for installing the floor covering. The central heat never worked and now it is in the upper 80's and we have no ac. We are going to have to pay for a used unit to be installed. I really don't think this is the way you should treat other people. We have a 10 year old with cerebral palsy. He does not handle this kind of heat very well. Now we have to come up with more money for the ac. Thanks John. Response to the reply below. John told me himself that it would come with a working heat and air unit. The man's a lyer. Very dishonest.
